At Ikigai Osteopathy, every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs — whether you're recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, or aiming to improve performance.​

 

Osteopathy: 

Book this if you're in pain, recovering from injury, or feeling restricted.

Initial Appointment (60 minutes): £75
Includes case history, examination & first treatment

Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes): £60
​
Extended Follow-Up Appointment* (60 minutes): £90
For complex cases or multi-region treatment

remedial Massage : 

Book this for muscular tension, stress relief, or post-training recovery.

60 Minutes : £90
30 Minutes : £60

Letters and Referrals to Private Imaging Services

Standard letters (GP letters, treatment summaries, sick notes) will remain free when clinically necessary.


However, due to the additional time required for specialist documents, the following letters are charged at £35:

​

  • Imaging Referrals (MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound)

  • Detailed medical insurance and legal reports

  • Complex onward referral letters with full history and examination findings.

We understand that some patients may need a little longer — whether due to mobility challenges, pain complexity, or communication needs. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll make sure your session is tailored to you — at no extra cost

*If more time is needed to give you the best care, your osteopath may request you to book an extended session
